Song Liwu has significant experience in know-how and capitalization issues of Shanghai high technology enterprises.

Song Liwu’s practice covers investment management, information disclosure, legal matters of listed companies. He has a massive amount of previous work on negotiation, implementation and operation of listed companies, security companies and giant state owned enterprises. In the area of Merger and Acquisition (M & A), Song Liwu has extensive experience on research, negotiation and custody.

In the area of bankruptcy, Song liwu’s practice encompasses liquidation work of security companies. His previous work witnesses the whole process of first security company bankruptcy case in Shanghai, which encompasses executive clearance under the supervision of China Security Regulatory Commission to bankruptcy liquidation under the supervision of competent court.
