Wang Gongwei is good at structuring deals creatively from comprehensive perspectives include industry policy, enterprise management, financial system, and enterprise strategy. In particular, he is focused on enterprise’s strategic objective of specific legal project to insure strategic security in the process of enterprise’s legal operation.

Work Experience and Outstanding Achievements

Wang Gongwei has extensive experience in advising clients on Initial Public Offering (IPO) matters. The abovementioned clients include Youngor Group, Huaxiang Group, NT Pharmaceutical Group, NBTM New Materials Group. In particular, NBTM New Materials Group is the first A-share listed foreign holding company. In the area of enterprise restructuring, Wang Goingwei has counselled state-owned Shanghai Guanghua Instrument Factory on enterprise restructuring, which firstly separate main business and auxiliary business in such arena. In the area of Merger and Acquisition (M & A), Wang Gongwei has advised Henkel Group on acquiring Shanxi Ganggang Chemical Factory; NT Pharmaceutical Group on acquiring Suzhou First Pharmaceutical Factory; and Ping An Group on acquiring Guangzhou Development Bank.
