Mr. Xu Feng’s practice focuses on litigation representations in connection with intellectual property right, contract dispute and employment dispute.

Work Experience and Outstanding Achievements
Mr. Xu Feng has successfully represented clients in a massive amount of significant intellectual property right lawsuits including infringement upon copyright hold by Test Centre of Ministry of Education, dispute of software business proprietary information from ZTE, copyright dispute of Shanghai Mapping Institute, copyright dispute of automation control software from Suzhou New Seaunion, Wu Liang Cai trademark dispute, and dispute of trademark and tradename hold by Yong He. Mr. Xu Feng also has represented clients in a massive amount of far-reaching civil lawsuits including a Chinese American against China East Airline, claim against Air France, Infringement upon Luxun and Me in 70 Years, real estate leasing dispute of Shanghai Book Trader, employment dispute of Moeller etc.

In the area of non-litigation legal services, Mr. Xu Feng assists authority of Zhang Jiang High Technology Area in intellectual property right research; drafts relevant research report; drafts a massive amount of documents on Set-up of Intellectual Property Model Area; issues two important legal opinion of Construction and Protection of Intellectual Property Right in Software Companies and Construction and Protection of Intellectual Property Right in Biomedical Companies. In addition, Mr. Xu Feng has counselled China Construction Bank and Shulun Pan Certified Public Accountants on intellectual property right review for products and projects. In particular, he is constant legal counsel to Shanghai Rong Teng Dining Management Co, Ltd. and Shanghai Xinyi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

Publications
Mr. Xu Feng has published Legal Issues and Practices on Protection of Business Proprietary Information (Co-author, 2006), Legal Issues and Practices on Civil Claim against Japan (Co-author), and History of Migrant Workers (Vice Editor-in-chief). In addition, Mr. Xu Feng has published ten more essays on legal journals including Legal Magazine, Current International Law, and Shanghai Lawyer.
