Major cases Yu Zhengchun represents:

1. Representing the plaintiff in Dalian Hua Lu Electronics Import and Export Co., Ltd. vs. Shanghai Kai Kai Industrial Company , of which the lawsuit claim is more than 20 million RMB as one of the highest amount of lawsuit amount of state owned asset in 2005;
2. Representing Shanghai Kang Ji Decoration Co., Ltd. in a lawsuit regarding villa decoration with lawsuit subject more than six million RMB, and recovering a massive amount of economic loss;
3. Representing the plaintiff in the case of an investment holding company against a cosmetics development company, in which the respondent transfers share of a retail store in a consideration of 40 million RMB, 20% above par value. When the respondent defaults at going through relevant process in AIC, Yu Zhengchun successfully assists the plaintiff in refund of such transaction.
