We have handled a broad range of projects involving the grant and transfer of land use rights, property finance, real estate investment funds, development, mortgage, commercial and residential leases, plant construction, warehouses, office and residential premises and major restoration and renovation work.

As for commercial and residential leases, we have advised and assisted our clients in obtaining leases on favorable terms of their preferred offices, residences, factories and warehouses in high-rise buildings and industrial parks.
